Richmond independent radio station 97.3 FM’s ten day spring 2010 fund-raising drive begins Friday April 23 at 5PM and runs through Sunday May 2 at 3PM. WRIR’s campaign features several live in studio performances by local musicians, special songs written and recorded to celebrate 97.3FM, a spring 2010 premium T-shirt, and more. Listener supported WRIR 97.3 FM, owned by the non-profit Virginia Center for Public Press and operated by community volunteers, is dedicated to broadcasting locally produced music shows (including work by local musicians) and local and national news and talk programs.
