Ran into one of my all-time favorite VCU basketball players (pictured above in action) in the Strawberry St. Market the other day. He told me he’s been playing pro ball in Italy, since leaving the Fan District, and he’s soon off to audition for the Utah Jazz in its summer league. Who is he?

I heard he went back home after VCU. Nice to hear he is playing pro ball in Italy. I am sure he will do well in the summer league. F.T. Rea – thanks for posting your meeting. Nick is one of my favorite VCU basketball players as well.

Utah is probably a good team for George to try to make. He’s attitude and hustle may help him more there than some other places.
