The Richmond Police Department announces a reward for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects in an attack last month. Around 1:45 a.m. Sunday, June 21, in the 1300 block of West Broad Street, a woman was physically and sexually assaulted by two males in a parking deck.
A $5,000 reward, made possible by private funds, has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects. This is in addition to the $1,000 Crime Stoppers offer.
The first suspect is a black male, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall.
The second suspect is a black male, 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 5 inches tall.
Both of these men have a thin build with little or no facial hair and were wearing black clothing at the time of the attack. Composite sketches of the two suspects accompany this e-mail advisory.
Anyone with information in this attack is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
