					<description>I agree 100% and have thought this is a good idea since I first moved to town in the '90's. But moreover, SUV's are TOO BIG to be in the Fan! 

Also- I saw an SUV flip over on the Boulevard two years ago.  The accident occurred when a drunk girl leaving Bandito's in her Exploder sped up to beat a red light at Kensington, where another Exploder was simultaneously rolling the red light and they collided. The speeding girl lost control and flipped over the median, landing on her roof on the northbound side.  I was riding my bike and counting my blessings, that I had not left my friend's house 30 seconds earlier.</description>
