Yeah, but the Stony Park Rio Grande was another later chain altogether.

I enjoyed the Cary St. Rio Grande but technically it was part of a small chain.

Actually, the Rio Grande that was at this site was privately owned, hence the authentic taste. There was a separate, unrelated Rio Grande chain in town at Stony Point Fashion Park.

Have not gone yet, but plan to.

Actually, the previous place, Rio Grande, was technically part of a chain also.

I can’t remember the Cary St. Rio Grande’s assigned number, but I know there sibling Rio Grandes in Charleston, WV, and Nitro, WV.

I will try to get over my nostalgia for Rio Grande and enjoy the new Little Mexico.

I ate there tonight and it was pretty good. They serve big plates. Its clean and the service is friendly. Its not as interesting as Nacho Mama’s though.

This, turns out, is a new branch of the “Mexico” chain.

They even have the curiously named #F.
