Notice from the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities:
Beginning Mon. Sept. 22 (after 9:00 a.m.) through Fri. Sept. 26, 2008, the City of Richmond Department of Public Utilities will be performing water main work in the right north bound lane of The Boulevard from Leigh Street to the Railroad overpass, a length of approximately 300 feet.
There will be minimal traffic disruption, as only one lane of the four lane road of the Boulevard will be affected. There will be jersey barriers, signs, cones, and traffic barrels in place to alert motorists of the construction. During peak rush hour periods, motorists are asked to proceed with caution around this area.
