Leading up to their fireworks extravaganza tonight at The Diamond, the Richmond Braves ended their string of five consecutive losses. In Norfolk last night the R-Braves topped the Tides by a score of 6-5.
Tonight’s sold-out game will start at 6 p.m., with the Tides once again providing the opposition. R-Braves right-hander Chris Resop (2-0, 2.08 ERA) will be on the mound.
