					<description>Sure, you can elect people who want to make change happen.  But, unless citizens nurture those willing to work as "change agents," those who protect the "status quo" will always do everything they can to thwart change.  As Susan B. Anthony noted long ago: 

"Cautious, careful people, always casting about to preserve their reputation and social standing, never can bring about a reform. Those who are really in earnest must be willing to be anything or nothing in the world's estimation."</description>

This is a real scary wake up call.  Imagine public education with just the poor and the disabled.  Most private schools will not accept students with learning, physical, or emotional disabilities nor will they accept students below B averages.</description>
